4. What is your next cosplay project?

I’m halfway through Siela from Chaos Legion.

5. Tell us about some memorable experiences in your costume making.

I’ve made all my costumes, couldn’t afford tailor made o.O I guess it’s the entire process of making my own costume which made each of my
cosplay so memorable to me! The ones I’ve enjoyed the most is Lily Vocaloid where there were so few accurate references available. I’ve spent a few days studying her original figurine release for the details of her attire. This was followed by the sketching of the costume and finding the right materials to match the original release. Hunting for affordable materials with a few other close friends made the journey much more enjoyable!

6. What are some advice you would like to give to cosplay newbies?

Don’t be afraid to embark in this realm if you really like it but do so because you really appreciate cosplay rather than peer pressure or because that’s what everyone is doing. Be who you want to be and not who others want you to be. It’s alright to reach out for help but do grow with each help so that you will improve rather than being dependent all the time. Last but not least, enjoy the entire process! Don’t judge and you will not be judged~
