3. What are some difficulties you met in your cosplaying?
There is not much difficulty that I can remember except for finding time to finish my costumes. It often takes a lot of effort to finish and needs time. Student and all, I often become busy at school and don’t have time to finish some of my costumes.
4. What is your most memorable cosplay and why?
I think all cosplay of mine each have their memorable moments^^. However, if I were to choose it would be my Priscilla cosplay from Claymore. I really worked hard on finishing it. My friends gave me tips on how to make this and that and I really felt their support when we were in a pinch. I was very moved by this. Also, it is the first costume of mine that is of a villain monster. I really enjoyed playing the character!
5. What is your next cosplay project?
I have many characters I want to cosplay next. This includes a character from Durarara, Vocaloid:project diva, and many others, the names of which I would prefer to keep secret for now.

6. Tell us about some memorable experiences in your costume or prop making.
A memorable experience to me would be making the sword Tsurugi for my Cloud Strife cos. That was the very first time I learned about rubber sheet and was taught how to make props by a good friend. I worked late at night to early morning trying to finish the sword together with my friends before the contest date. It was hard work that both me and my partner became ill trying to finish each of our costumes. The results went extremely well in the end and all the sacrifices we made was worth it so I was quite relieved and happy. 🙂
7. What are some advice you would like to give to cosplay newbies?
I say just keep on going. Learn about the character you want to cosplay and just have fun with it. Explore the different sides of this hobby and pour your heart in doing what you love. If you make an effort people will appreciate that but let’s not forget about our responsibilities in life either. Everything you’ll learn and gain in the process are just bonuses and will just fall in if you try your best, so keep on giving it your all and continue doing what makes you happy.
